Welcome to Art!

During the year we cover a variety of 2-dimensional and 3-dimensional projects.  For the first part of the year we work on our skills in drawing, painting, and design.  As the weather gets colder we move into 3-dimensions and work with clay and other materials to create awesome sculptures.  After working on techniques in a variety of areas students finish off the year truly experiencing what it is like to be an artist by designing and completing projects of their own choice.    Creativity flies everyday in the Art Room at Indian Ridge where mistakes are embraced and the process of artmaking is much more important than the product!

Come by for a visit or just to soak in some creative juices from all of the artists at Indian Ridge!
